César García Steensen

Dancer at Skånes Dansteater since 2023.

César is a dance graduate of Balettakademin and Danshögskolan in Stockholm. He has been a freelance dancer in Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

During the years 2006-2019 he danced with Swedish dance company arbetade han med Norrdans in choreographies by Mats Ek, Tero Saarinen, Marcos Morau, Tina Tarpgaard, Jo, Strömgren, Felix Landerer and Mari Carrasco among others.

2023 he finished a Bachelor in Sports Sciences at Malmö University.

As a freelance dancer he has worked with choreographers such as Kitt Johnson, Don Gnu, Moqi Trolin, Ossi Niskala and Reija Wäre.

This is the second time César is a company dancer at Skånes Dansteater. This time he is dancing in 'Mozart's Requiem' choreographed by Örjan Andersson.
