Erika Silgoner is an Italian choreographer with a background in classical ballet. Later in her career she began exploring hiphop culture and contemporary dance and she is now an internationally sought after choreographer. In 2015 she founded her own dance company Esklan Art’s Factory presenting her original creations in Italy, France, Bulgaria, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Panama, Poland, Spain and Brazil.

2022 Erika created a choreography for the Olympic Games in Beijing 2022 and a new work for Scapino Ballet in Rotterdam. 2017 Erika was awarded Best choreographer at the International Solo Tanz Festival in Stuttgart. 2021 she won the XL prize and Skånes Dansteater’s production prize at the Rotterdam International Duet Choreography Competition thus she is creating ’Wild Fellas’ which toured Skåne and Sweden during the summer.

Tuomas Norvio is a sound designer and sound artist. His background is in electronic music, and nowadays he works between different art forms and genres. He is interested in rhythmical and arrhythmical masses of sound, using acoustic and sampled sounds as a material of his work, as well as immersive sound.

Tuomas has made sound and music for contemporary dance and circus, installations, documentary films and different artists. He has worked with a vast array of artists like Kimmo Pohjonen, Tapani Rinne, defunensemble, Pekka Kuusisto, Circo Aereo, Johanna Nuutinen and Tero Saarinen Company. He has been credited for his work with Säde and Teosto prizes.

Bregje van Balen has been a prominent dancer for 18 years with Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) I and II. Always with an interest in costume design, she created her first costumes for the annual NDT workshop and for smaller dance projects in 1995.

After retiring as a dancer, she trained as a designer at Baruch Mode Academie. She has designed costumes for several companies including Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) I and II, The Royal Ballet London, Norwegian National Ballet, Gothenburg Ballet, Malmö Stadsteater, Hamburg Ballet, Introdans, Royal Swedish Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet, Icelandic Dance Theatre, Puschkin Theater Moscow, Bolshoi Ballet, Staatstheater Mainz, Gärtnerplatztheater, Aalto Theater, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal and Stuttgarter Ballet.

She has worked with choreographers, including Johan Inger, Jorma Elo, Medhi Walerski, Gustavo Ramírez Sansano, Lukas Timulak, Bryan Arias, Ina Christel Johannessen, Jo Strømgren, Alexander Ekman, Patrick Delcroix and Cathy Marston.  At Theater Basel, her costumes can be seen in Richard Wherlock's story ballet ‘Heidi’.

After graduating at the Amsterdam Academy of Theatre and Dance (Technical Theatre Arts) Theun Mosk has worked as a theatre maker, and designer of sets, light and autonomous installations. He likes and encourages creative collaboration and often works with an artistic team towards specific and unique means of expression. In 2007 Theun was awarded the prestigious Dutch Charlotte Kohler Prize and was selected to participate in the Prague Quadriennale that same year, as well as in 2011. In 2009 he won the Proscenium Prize for his substantial contribution to the Dutch theatre.

Theun has worked with Michel van der Aa, Robert Wilson English National Opera, Jetse Batelaan, Piet Paris, Ann van de Broek, Design Museum Den Bosch, David Mitchell, Nederlands Dans Theater, Medhi Walerski, Maritiem Museum, IFFR, Toneelgroep Oostpool, Boukje Schweigman, Arnhem Fashion Biënnale, Mattijs van Bergen, Nederlands Fotomuseum Rotterdam, Oerol Festival, Ballet BC Vancouver, Theaterfestival Boulevard, Veenfabriek/Paul Koek, Toneelhuis Antwerpen, Theater Rotterdam, Touki Delphine and the Fries Natuurmuseum for Leeuwarden-Friesland European Capital of Culture 2018. 2021 Theun created the set and lighting design for our acclaimed production of 'Out of the Blue' by choreographer Anouk van Dijk.
